For affiliate-generated transportation and approved service revenue, Umbra retains 8% and the affiliate receives the remaining 92%, subject to refunds, adjustments and applicable terms.
Approved third-party or pass-through expenses such as designated airport fees, tolls, parking or similar charges are not subject to the full 8% platform fee. A 3.5% processing-recovery deduction applies instead.
Umbra acquires the customer. The reservation enters the Umbra dispatch system and eligible affiliates may receive the opportunity to fulfill the ride under Umbra's normal affiliate rate structure.
You acquire the customer. The customer uses your dedicated booking page, pays your configured customer rate and the reservation is automatically assigned to your business.
If your company cannot fulfill an affiliate-sourced reservation, qualifying trips can be released into Umbra's broader affiliate dispatch network. This gives participating operators an additional layer of operational support without exposing competing affiliates during the original customer booking experience.
Affiliates may enable post-trip review requests using their own Google Business Profile review link. Powered by Umbra can also collect private customer feedback while keeping the review experience connected to the affiliate that originated the customer.
